Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): FREE on orders $50+, otherwise $7.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
  • Rural/Remote Areas: May take 5-7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days (if available)

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Track your order status at any time using the tracking link provided.

Carrier: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping speed.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping address provided

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Currently not applicable as we ship domestically only. If international shipping becomes available, customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damage or Loss

All packages are insured through our shipping carriers. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for damage) at support@gethempdash.com
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage
  • We will file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund
